appropriate provisions for the establishment or stabilisation by Alstom of dedicated management to ensure that each of the business activities referred to in the first subparagraph is properly run, providing them with the means for normal development and not taking any measure that would intentionally diminish their value, for example the transfer of intangible assets (patents, licences, commercial agreements, etc.), staff, customers or sales capacity to the parent company or any other part of the Alstom group;
des dispositions adéquates pour la mise en place ou la stabilisation par Alstom d’un «management» dédié pour assurer la bonne gestion de chacune des activités visées au premier alinéa, en leur assurant les moyens d’un développement normal, et en ne prenant aucune mesure intentionnelle qui diminuerait leur valeur, par exemple le transfert d’actifs intangibles (brevets, autorisations, accords commerciaux, etc.), de personnel, de clients ou de capacité de vente vers la maison mère ou tout autre partie du groupe Alstom;
