If the representative of a party wishes to be replaced by a qualified person not initially instructed by his client, he shall notify the Tribunal of this as soon as possible and ensure that written authorisation for that person, signed by the client, and, where appropriate, certification of the rights of audience held by the lawyer or adviser standing in for him have been submitted prior to the hearing.
Si le représentant d'une partie a l'intention de se faire représenter par une personne habilitée qui n'a pas été initialement mandatée par son client, il le fait savoir au Tribunal dans les meilleurs délais et veille à ce qu'un mandat écrit pour cette personne, signé par le client, ainsi que, le cas échéant, un certificat d'inscription au barreau de l'avocat ou du conseil le substituant soient présentés avant l'audience.
