TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The Directive concerns: i) criminal measures, investigation and prosecution (Articles 2 to 10) ii) assistance, support and protection measures for victims (Article 11 to 17) iii) prevention measures enabling the reduction of demand, raising awareness, and fostering the training of persons likely to come into contact with victims (Article 18) and iv) National Rapporteurs or equivalent mechanisms (NREMs) and Coordination (Articles 19 and 20).
La directive concerne: i) les mesures, enquêtes et poursuites pénales (articles 2 à 10), ii) les mesures d'assistance, d'aide et de protection en faveur des victimes (articles 11 à 17), iii) les mesures de prévention visant à réduire la demande, sensibiliser et favoriser la formation des personnes susceptibles d'entrer en contact avec des victimes (article 18), et iv) les rapporteurs nationaux ou mécanismes équivalents (RNME) et la coordination (articles 19 et 20).

4. The remuneration for the services provided by the rapporteur and the co-rapporteur and any related scientific and technical support shall be without prejudice to the obligation of Member States to refrain from giving the members and experts of the Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Committee instructions incompatible with the individual tasks of those members and experts in their capacity as rapporteur or co-rapporteur, or incompatible with the tasks and responsibilities of the Agency.
4. La rémunération versée au titre des services fournis par le rapporteur et corapporteur et de tout appui scientifique et technique y afférent est sans préjudice de l'obligation pour les États membres de s’abstenir de donner aux membres et aux experts du comité pour l’évaluation des risques en matière de pharmacovigilance des instructions incompatibles avec les tâches qui incombent à titre individuel à ces membres et experts en leur qualité de rapporteur ou de corapporteur, ou incompatibles avec les tâches et responsabilités de l’Agence.

In 2013, the Commission will strengthen the EU-wide coordination mechanism to support the work national rapporteurs’ do to monitor the implementation of Member States’ EU and international obligations; to collect data, analyse and research human trafficking trends at national level, and assess progress on preventing and combating human trafficking as well as on protecting victims, while ensuring the participation of civil society.

4. The transfers of funds provided for in points (b) to (e) of paragraph 1 are intended to compensate competent authorities of a Member State for the work of the rapporteur or co-rapporteur and for any related scientific and technical support and shall be without prejudice to the obligation of Member States not to give instructions incompatible with the independence of the Agency.

Cooperation has to be further strengthened at the global level[lxxxiii], in particular, through advocating and assisting third-countries in the swift ratification and implementation of the UN Trafficking Protocol , and by supporting the work of the UN Special Rapporteur on trafficking in persons, especially in women and children
La coopération doit encore être renforcée au niveau mondial[lxxxiii], notamment en encourageant et en aidant les pays tiers à ratifier et à mettre en œuvre rapidement le protocole des Nations unies relatif à la traite des êtres humains , et en soutenant l’action du rapporteur spécial des Nations unies chargé de la traite des êtres humains, en particulier des femmes et des enfants.

Any Member State selected as rapporteur in respect of any such application shall immediately forward the dossier submitted in support of that application to the Commission.
