Initially it was the Privy Council Office, and then the lead switched to Health Canada to pull together a Government of Canada response so that whether it was the questions that were coming up at the border, the transport questions, or whether it was the labour department, for example, that was getting questions from businesses, we were able to ensure that the same information was going out everywhere.
