59 (1) An application to the Commission for the approval of a new or amended tariff under section 25 of the Telecommunications Act or for the approval of an agreement between carriers referred to in section 29 of that Act is subject to the procedural requirements established by the Commission in Telecom Information Bulletin CRTC 2010-455, as amended from time to time.
59 (1) La demande présentée au Conseil en vue de l’approbation ou de la modification d’une tarification au titre de l’article 25 de la Loi sur les télécommunications ou de l’approbation d’un accord entre entreprises visé à l’article 29 de cette loi est soumise aux exigences procédurales établies par le Conseil dans le Bulletin d’information de télécom CRTC 2010-455, compte tenu de ses modifications successives.
