10. rappelle la nécessité pour l'Union d'adopter une approche continue, dynamique et souple concernant le plan d'action; estime qu'il est donc essentiel de se doter d'une expertise spécifique en matière de santé environnementale qui reposerait sur son caractère transparent, multidisciplinaire et contradictoire et permettrait ainsi d'apporter une réponse à la méfiance du public en général vis-à-vis des agences et des comités d'experts officiels; souligne qu'il importe de soutenir la formation des spécialistes de la santé au moyen, notamment, d'échanges de bonnes pratiques au niveau communautaire;
