In accordance with the Statutes of the Joint Undertaking, the Governing Board of the Joint Undertaking approved the amendments to Decision 2007/198/Euratom proposed by the Commission.

Is worried by the Court's finding that the Galileo Joint Undertaking failed to achieve most of its objectives and that its activities were seriously constrained by governance issues; asks the Commission to ensure, in line with the Court's recommendation, that in the case of future joint undertakings the governance structure does not impede the activities of the joint undertaking;
