38. Tank cars shall not be unloaded after sundown unless the unloading rack, tank car dome and other areas of activity on the unloading site are adequately lighted by permanent flood lights, installed and otherwise in conformity with the provisions of the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I, Eighth Edition and amendments thereto, or in accordance with any other higher standard prescribed by the local authority.
38. Les wagons-citernes ne seront pas déchargés après le coucher du soleil, à moins que le bâti de déchargement, le dôme du wagon-citerne et les autres zones d’activité sur l’emplacement de déchargement soient suffisamment éclairés par des projecteurs fixes installés conformément à la 8 édition du Code canadien de l’électricité, Partie I, dans sa forme modifiée, et répondant sous les autres rapports aux prescriptions de ce code, ou conformes à toute autre norme supérieure prescrite par l’autorité locale.
