All ACP States Aid programme to improve production and Sixth EDF ECU 3 428 570 marketing Grant The purpose of the project is to remove some of the constraints on the marketing of coffee, cocoa and oilseed products originating in the ACP States in: (i) the traditional consumer markets (in Europe); (ii) markets which consume only small amounts (Japan); (iii) markets where there is a potential but largely unsatisfied demand (Eastern Europe).
