Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. Definition: In many cases, a disturbance of sleep is one of the symptoms of another disorder, either mental or physical. Whether a sleep disorder in a given patient is an independent condition or simply one of the features of another disorder classified elsewhere, either in this or in others, should be determined on the basis of its clinical presentation and course as well as on the therapeutic considerations and priorities at the time of the consultation. Generally, if the sleep disorder is one of the major complaints and is perceived as a condition in itself, the present code should be used along with other pertinent diagnoses describing the psychopathology and pathophysiology involved in a given case. There is no EU legislation on the aquaculture sector at present, and it continues to be covered by a plethora of EU legislation and national rules which can vary significantly between states, creating a legal framework lacking in transparency and discriminatory situations and market distortions that do little to encourage investment in the sector. The Commission adopted an initial communication in 2002, which was the subject of a European Parliament legislative resolution of January 2003, has failed to increase the transparency of the regulatory framework. On the contrary, the Commission and Council have continued to adopt, often via the comitology procedure, detailed rules applicable to aquaculture (organic and otherwise), in respect of which Parliament has had no opportunity whatsoever to voice a direct opinion. The recent Commission communication of April 2009 which forms the subject of this report therefore provides the chance to assess the appropriateness of introducing a specific EU framework for the aquaculture sector, with the ultimate objective remaining the structured development of a sustainable European aquaculture industry which respects environmental balances, increases the economic worth of aquaculture operators and their local communities and offers consumers more guarantees.

2. If at a given moment the person concerned does not satisfy, or no longer satisfies, the conditions laid down by all the legislations of the Member States to which he has been subject, the institutions applying legislation the conditions of which have been satisfied shall not take into account, when performing the calculation in accordance with Article 52(1) (a) or (b), the periods completed under the legislations the conditions of which have not been satisfied, or are no longer satisfied, where this gives rise to a lower amount of benefit.

Si l'intéressé ne réunit pas ou ne réunit plus, à un moment donné, les conditions définies par toutes les législations des États membres auxquelles il a été soumis, les institutions appliquant une législation dont les conditions sont remplies ne prennent pas en compte, lorsqu'elles procèdent au calcul conformément à l'article 52, paragraphe 1, points a) ou b), les périodes qui ont été accomplies sous les législations dont les conditions ne sont pas remplies ou ne sont plus remplies, lorsque la prise en compte desdites périodes permet la détermination d'un montant de prestation plus faible.

4. Every Member State which applies relevant legislative, regulatory or administrative provisions shall accept evidence of dental training referred to in Annex VI, point 6.2, awarded by the Member States listed therein and which attests a course of training which began after the reference date referred to in that Annex and before the deadline laid down in Article 58, and shall, for the purposes of access to the professional activities of specialised dental practitioners and the performance of those activities, give such evidence the same effect on its territory as the evidence of training which it itself issues.
4. Chaque État membre qui connaît des dispositions législatives, réglementaires ou administratives en la matière reconnaît les titres de formation de praticien de l'art dentaire spécialiste visés à l'annexe VI, point 6.2, délivrés par les États membres y énumérés et sanctionnant une formation qui a commencé après la date de référence visée à ladite annexe et avant l'expiration du délai prévu à l'article 58, en leur donnant le même effet sur son territoire qu'aux titres de formation qu'il délivre en ce qui concerne l'accès aux activités professionnelles de praticien de l'art dentaire spécialiste et leur exercice.
