The Member States must commit themselves to the objectives and actions laid down in the Decision, and in particular ensure the provision of a Single Window and a One-Stop Shop for all authorities and agencies involved in the control of the import and export of goods.
Les États membres doivent s’engager à réaliser les objectifs et les mesures stipulées dans la décision, et, en particulier, à garantir la création d’une interface et d’un guichet uniques pour toutes les autorités et organes concernés par le contrôle de l’importation et de l’exportation de marchandises.
