Expresses its strong concern that the ceasefire is a pretext for Russian troops to regroup in order to continue their offensive towards establishing a ‘land corridor’ to Crimea and beyond to Transnistria, thereby de facto establishing a new iron curtain; draws attention, in this regard, to the dangerous public claims made by President Putin regarding Noworossiya, which originates from the tsarist, colonialist policy of the 18th century;
10. spreekt er zijn grote bezorgdheid over uit dat het staakt-het-vuren voor de Russische troepen een voorwendsel is om zich te hergroeperen met het oog op voortzetting van hun offensief gericht op de totstandbrenging van een "landcorridor" naar de Krim en verder naar Transnistrië, waardoor de facto een nieuw ijzeren gordijn zou worden opgetrokken; vestigt in dit verband de aandacht op de gevaarlijke openbare uitspraken van president Poetin over Noworossija, dat zijn oorsprong heeft in het tsaristische, koloniale beleid van de 18e eeuw;
