TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

– having regard to the reasoned opinions submitted, within the framework of Protocol No 2 on the application of the principles of subsidiarity and proportionality, by the Greek Parliament and the Spanish Congress of Deputies and the Spanish Senate, asserting that the draft legislative act does not comply with the principle of subsidiarity,
– gezien de gemotiveerde adviezen die in het kader van protocol nr. 2 betreffende de toepassing van de beginselen van subsidiariteit en evenredigheid zijn uitgebracht door het Griekse parlement, het Spaanse Congres van Afgevaardigden en de Spaanse Senaat, en waarin wordt gesteld dat het ontwerp van wetgevingshandeling niet strookt met het subsidiariteitsbeginsel,

– having regard to the reasoned opinions submitted, within the framework of Protocol No 2 on the application of the principles of subsidiarity and proportionality, by the Spanish Congress of Deputies and the Spanish Senate and the Austrian Federal Council, asserting that the draft legislative act does not comply with the principle of subsidiarity,
– gezien de gemotiveerde adviezen die in het kader van protocol nr. 2 betreffende de toepassing van de beginselen van subsidiariteit en evenredigheid zijn uitgebracht door het Spaanse Congres van Afgevaardigden, de Spaanse Senaat en de Oostenrijkse Bondsraad en waarin wordt gesteld dat het ontwerp van wetgevingshandeling niet strookt met het subsidiariteitsbeginsel,
