For the purpose of automated matching through the common IT platform, each Member State shall, without undue delay but no later than three years after the adoption of the list referred to in paragraph 2, establish an initial inventory to map its national, regional and sectoral classifications to and from that list and, following the introduction of the use of the inventory on the basis of an application made available by the European Coordination Office, regularly update the inventory to keep it updated with the evolution of recruitment services.

If either the place of recruitment or the place of return is located outside the territory of the European Union or in a Member State other than that in which the SNE employer’s head office is located or, if the SNE does not pursue a professional activity after his/her secondment is terminated, the place of origin shall be considered to be the place of recruitment or place of return, as appropriate.
