Calls on the Commission, therefore, to promote the creation by universities, other specialised institutes of higher education and competent professional organisations of a common system of training points/credits for judges and legal practitioners; calls on the Commission to create a network of legal training bodies across the Union accredited to provide familiarisation courses in national, comparative and European law for practitioners and judges on a stable, ongoing basis;
106. verzoekt de Commissie dan ook de invoering, door universiteiten, andere gespecialiseerde instellingen voor hoger onderwijs en bevoegde beroepsorganisaties, van een gemeenschappelijk systeem van opleidingspunten/credits voor rechters en rechtsbeoefenaars te bevorderen; spoort de Commissie ertoe aan een netwerk te creëren van juridische opleidingsinstellingen in de Unie die erkend zijn om cursussen aan te bieden die de rechtsbeoefenaars en rechters vertrouwd maken met nationaal, vergelijkend en Europees recht, op een stabiele, duurzame basis;
