En cas d’une thérapie combinée avec des médicaments cytostatiques (p.ex. en combinaison avec la gemcitabine, la bléomycine, le taxane ou le rituximab) avec ou sans radiation, ainsi que chez les patients atteints d’une insuffisance pulmonaire, il faut tenir compte de la possibilité de problèmes pulmonaires.
Vooral in geval van een gecombineerde therapie met ander cytostatica (vooral combinaties met gemcitabine, bleomycine, taxane of rituximab) met of zonder bestralingen, als ook bij patiënten met een slechte longfunctie, zal het optreden van longproblemen waarschijnlijker zijn.
