Depuis l’instauration de la mesure le 1 er octobre 2009 et ce jusqu’au 31 décembre 2010 inclus, autrement dit sur une période de lancement de 15 mois, 27 613 forfaits au total ont été financés pour le sevrage tabagique. Ils sont ventilés comme suit :

Ces effectifs de patients peuvent être calculés en divisant le nombre total de forfaits (d’une année civile déterminée) réalisés pour les patients des groupes 1, 2 et 3 (nombre total comme mentionné dans les chiffres de production) par 12 (soit le nombre annuel de forfaits pouvant être portés en compte pour un même patient) et en y ajoutant le nombre de forfaits annuels réalisés (dans la même année civile) pour les patients visés par l’article 25 bis, § 2, 4°(nombre total de ce type de forfaits comme mentionné dans les chiffres de production)».
Die patiëntenaantallen kunnen worden berekend door het totaal aantal forfaits (van een bepaald kalenderjaar) die voor de patiënten van groep 1, 2 en 3 zijn gerealiseerd (totaal aantal zoals vermeld in de productiecijfers) te delen door 12 (zijnde het jaarlijks aantal forfaits dat voor een zelfde patiënt kan worden aangerekend) en door hieraan het aantal (in hetzelfde kalenderjaar) gerealiseerde jaarforfaits toe te voegen voor de patiënten bedoeld in artikel 25 bis, § 2, 4° (totaal aantal van dit type forfaits zoals vermeld in de productiecijfers)».

Par conséquent, le cadre paramédical doit vraiment augmenter si, sur base du nombre total de patients pour lesquels l’établissement peut facturer soit le forfait pour les groupes 1A, 1B, 2, 3A ou 3B, soit le forfait relatif au coaching général, cela nécessite une extension de l’équipe paramédicale de minimum 0,5 ETP (cf. article 8 § 5 de la convention actuelle).
Bijgevolg moet de paramedische omkadering maar echt verhoogd worden als op basis van het totaal aantal patiënten waarvoor de inrichting ofwel het forfait voor de groepen 1A, 1B, 2, 3A of 3B, ofwel het forfait voor algemene coaching, kan aanrekenen, een uitbreiding van het paramedisch team met minimum 0,5 VTE is vereist (cf. artikel 8 § 5 van de huidige overeenkomst).
