Ces recommandations ont trait à l'amélioration de la collaboration internationale entre les autorités de sûreté des différents pays par le biais, par exemple : - d'inspections croisées d'installations dans les pays voisins (Pays-Bas, France et Allemagne); comme cela est proposé dans le point 9.3 de la recommandation; - de la participation active de l'AFCN aux réunions internationales du Western European Nuclear Regulators' Association (WENRA), Heads of European Radiation Control Authorities (HERCA) et European Nuclear Safety Regulators Group (ENSREG); comme cela est proposé dans le point 9.11 de la recommandation.

As stated in the June 2003 conclusions of the European Council (Greek Presidency), and following the war, the adoption of UNSC Resolution 1483 demonstrates a new spirit of co-operation within the international community and provides the basis for effective international support for Iraq's political transition as the international community is facing the emergency of actively supporting the restoration of political authority in the failed state of Iraq - where increased insecurity, acts of terrorism and violations of human rihgts have been constant over the last months, leaving behind thousands of casualties, both military and civilians- and of fostering economic and social prosperity in a deliquescent Iraqi society.
