– gezien zijn resolutie van 17 september 2014 over het voorstel voor een besluit van het Europees Parlement en de Raad betreffende de beschikbaarstelling van middelen uit het Europees fonds voor aanpassing aan de globalisering, overeenkomstig punt 13 van het Interinstitutioneel Akkoord van 2 december 2013 tussen het Europees Parlement, de Raad en de Commissie betreffende de begrotingsdiscipline, de samenwerking in begrotingszaken en een goed financieel beheer (aanvraag EGF/2014/000 TA 2014 – Technische bijstand op initiatief van de Commissie) ,
– having regard to its Resolution of 17 September 2014 on the proposal for a decision of the European Parliament and of the Council on the mobilisation of the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund, in accordance with point 13 of the Interinstitutional Agreement of 2 December 2013 between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission on budgetary discipline, on cooperation in budgetary matters and on sound financial management (application EGF/2014/000 TA 2014 – Technical assistance at the initiative of the Commission) ,

(4) Daarom moet een bedrag van 630 000 EUR uit het EFG beschikbaar worden gesteld voor technische bijstand op initiatief van de Commissie.

Het aan de ESI-fondsen toegewezen deel van de begroting van de Unie wordt onder gedeeld beheer door de lidstaten en de Commissie uitgevoerd overeenkomstig artikel 59, van het Financieel Reglement, met uitzondering van het in artikel 92, lid 6, van deze verordening bedoelde bedrag van het Cohesiefonds dat naar de Connecting Europe Facility wordt overgedragen, van innovatieve acties op initiatief van de Commissie uit hoofde van artikel 8 van de EFRO-verordening, technische bijstand op initiatief van de Commissie en de ondersteuning voor direct beheer uit hoofde van de EFMZV-verordening.
7. The part of the budget of the Union allocated to the ESI Funds shall be implemented within the framework of shared management between the Member States and the Commission, in accordance with Article 59 of the Financial Regulation, with the exception of the amount of support from the Cohesion Fund transferred to the CEF referred to in Article 92(6) of this Regulation, innovative actions at the initiative of the Commission under Article 8 of the ERDF Regulation, technical assistance at the initiative of the Commission and the support for direct management under the EMFF Regulation.
