De Commissie ontving schriftelijke reacties van het Comité van professionele landbouworganisaties in de Europese Unie (COPA)/Algemeen Comité van de landbouwcoöperaties in de Europese Unie (COGECA), van de National Farmers’ Union of England and Wales en van de Federatie van Zweedse landbouwers.
Written comments were received from the Committee of Professional Agricultural Organisations in the EU (COPA)/General Confederation of Agricultural Cooperatives in the EU (Cogeca), from the National Farmers’ Union of England and Wales and from the Federation of Swedish farmers.

1. In het gemengd comité zal het standpunt van de Gemeenschap met betrekking tot de vaststelling van het reglement van orde van het comité, zoals bepaald in artikel 3, lid 2, van de overeenkomst, worden vertolkt door de Commissie, na raadpleging van een door de Raad aangewezen bijzonder comité.
1. The position of the Community within the Mixed Committee with regard to the adoption of its Rules of Procedure as required under Article 3(2) of the Agreement shall be taken by the Commission after consultation of a special committee designated by the Council.

The Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation concerning the criteria and mechanisms for establishing the State responsible for examining a request for asylum lodged in a Member State or in Switzerland, and the related documents consisting of the Final Act and the Joint Declaration on joint meetings of the Mixed Committees are hereby approved on behalf of the European Community.
