Het is dan ook betreurenswaardig dat de Commissie de verschillende stukken van de puzzel, zoals gegevensbescherming, consumentenaangelegenheden, investeringen en mededinging, de richtsnoeren inzake overheidssteun enzovoort nog niet in elkaar heeft gepast.
