77. merkt op dat men er niet in is geslaagd om kandidaten te selecteren in verband met de aanbesteding voor het project rond het Konrad Adenauer-gebouw omdat de voorgestelde prijzen die als reactie op de aanbesteding werden voorgelegd, veel hoger lagen dan de ramingen; sluit zich aan bij het besluit van de gedelegeerde ordonnateur om de opdracht niet te gunnen; verwacht dat de totaalprijs van het project de 482,7 miljoen EUR die in oktober 2011 werden voorzien, niet zal overschrijden;

Notes the failure to select candidates in connection with the invitation to tender for the Konrad Adenauer Building project because the proposed prices submitted in response to the invitation to tender were very much higher than the estimates; supports the decision by the authorising officer by delegation not to award the contract; expects the global price of the project not to exceed the EUR 482,7 million anticipated in October 2011;
