B. whereas the 22 WTO members which in April 2013 started negotiating on a new plurilateral agreement on services (the Trade in Services Agreement, or TISA) are mostly developed countries; whereas the parties to these negotiations do not include any BRICS countries, any Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN) members or any African countries;

In afwijking van de artikelen 67 tot en met 97 van Verordening (EEG) nr. 2454/93 worden de in de bijlage van de onderhavige verordening vermelde producten die in Cambodja zijn vervaardigd van in dat land ingevoerde weefsels of garens van oorsprong uit landen die lid zijn van de Associatie van Zuidoost-Aziatische landen (Asean), met uitzondering van Myanmar, of van de Zuid-Aziatische Associatie voor regionale samenwerking (Saarc) of van de Lomé-Overeenkomst, op de hierna vermelde voorwaarden als van oorsprong uit Cambodja beschouwd.
1. By way of derogation from Articles 67 to 97 of Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93, products listed in the Annex to this Regulation which are manufactured in Cambodia from woven fabric (woven items) or yarn (knitted items) imported into that country and originating in a country belonging to the Association of South-East Asian Nations (Asean) (except Myanmar), the South Asian Assocation for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) or to the Lomé Convention shall be regarded as originating in Cambodia in accordance with the arrangements set out below.
