Te dien einde stelt de Commissie voor elk jaar een Europees Forum voor beroepsopleiding te houden en een periodiek Europees verslag over de beroepsopleiding te publiceren, als aanvulling op het jaarverslag van de Commissie betreffende de werkgelegenheid.
