In case the historical yield referred to in Article 101(2) of Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 is determined on the basis of an area that does not correspond to the definition given in paragraph 1 of this Article, Member States may proceed with the recalculation of the yield by dividing the production of the given holding or parcel or wine category by the area planted with vines, producing the given volume of wine, as defined in paragraph 1.

Met het oog op de toepassing van artikel 110 nonies, onder c), van Verordening (EG) nr. 1782/2003 bepalen de lidstaten voor elk voor de productie van olijven bestemd perceel op basis van de in het GIS voor de olijventeelt opgenomen gegevens en de aangiften van de landbouwers de situatie op 1 januari 2005 ten aanzien van het aantal en de standplaats van de subsidiabele olijfbomen, het aantal en de standplaats van de niet-subsidiabele olijfbomen, de met olijfbomen beplante en de subsidiabele oppervlakte van het voor de productie van olijven bestemde perceel en de categorie waartoe dit perceel overeenkomstig artikel 171 ter van de onderhavige verordening behoort.

For the purpose of applying Article 110h(c) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, the Member States shall use data from the olive GIS and of farmers’ declarations to establish on 1 January 2005 the following information for each olive-growing parcel: number and location of eligible olive trees, number and location of ineligible olive trees, the olive-growing area and eligible area of the olive-growing parcel as well as the relevant category referred to in Article 171b.
