44. hecht zijn goedkeuring aan de invoering van nieuwe specifieke begrotingslijnen voor technische steun voor alle vijf structuurfondsen, met een p.m.-vermelding en dienovereenkomstige toelichting, naast de bestaande begrotingslijnen, om te kunnen voldoen aan de verzoeken van de lidstaten, zoals aangegeven in nota van wijzigingen nr. 1/2014 van de Commissie; verwacht dat de uitvoering van de nieuwe programma's op lidstaatniveau hierdoor zal verbeteren;

In haar nota van toelichting wijst de Commissie erop dat er geen wereldwijd aanvaarde definitie bestaat die het mogelijk maakt post en vracht duidelijk van elkaar te scheiden.
