Daarmee worden de volgende acties medegefinancierd : - rentesubsidies voor leningen die door het midden- en kleinbedrijf zijn aangegaan bij financiële instellingen die een bemiddelingscontract hebben gesloten met het ICO (Instituto de Crédito Oficial - instituut voor het kredietwezen); - steunmaatregelen van de regionale overheid ten behoeve van het midden- en kleinbedrijf (vestiging op bij voorrang te ontwikkelen plaatsen; energiebesparing en advisering op energiegebied; veiligheid in industriebedrijven; toeristische ontwikkeling; milieuverbetering; onderzoek en technologische innovatie); - uitbreiding van het IDIADA (Instituto de Investigación Aplicada del Automóvil - instituut voor toegepast onderzoek betreffende auto's) en van het LGAIN (Laboratorio General de Ensayos e Investigaciones - algemeen laboratorium voor proefnemingen en onderzoek); - inrichting van terreinen voor bedrijven onder impuls van in de eerste plaats het INCASOL (Instituto Catalán del Suelo - Catalaans grondinstituut) en daarnaast ook verschillende gemeenten en het Consorcio de la Zana Franca (consortium voor de vrije zone); - bouw en inrichting, op initiatief van verschillende gemeenten, van centra voor dienstverlening aan het bedrijfsleven en voor bevordering van de economische ontwikkeling; - steunmaatregelen op het gebied van technologische ontwikkeling en milieuzorg ten behoeve van bedrijven, die door de centrale overheid worden uitgevoerd in het kader van de programma's PATI-II, PITMA-II en ARTE/PYME; - ondersteuning van bepaalde programma's van het COPCA (Consorcio de Promoción Comercial de Cataluña - consortium voor de commerciële promotie van Catalonië) en bevordering van vakbeurzen; - vergroting van de borgstellingscapaciteit van het ICF (Instituto Catalán de Finanzas - Catalaans instituut voor het geldwezen).
