Emphasises that a coherent policy for immigration must be accompanied by an integration policy which makes provisions, among other things, for migrants to be lawfully integrated into the labour market, granting them the right to education and vocational training, access to social welfare and health care services, and to participation in social, cultural and political life, further on, such an integration policy shall also require a fulfilment by the immigrants themselves to attain the goals indicated,

Deze tabel komt niet volledig overeen met de door Eurostat gebruikte methodologie, als beschreven in “Labour market policy database – Methodology – Revision of June 2006”, omdat sommige van de door het EFG medegefinancierde maatregelen onder geen van de door Eurostat gehanteerde categorieën vallen (bv. toelagen voor werkzoekenden, opleidingstoelagen, vergoeding van verblijfskosten tijdens opleidingen of overige actieve arbeidsmarktmaatregelen en mobiliteitstoelagen).
Il ne correspond pas tout à fait à la méthodologie employée par Eurostat, telle que décrite dans le document «Bases de données politiques du marché du travail — Méthodologie — Révision de juin 2006», car certaines des mesures cofinancées n’entrent dans aucune de ses catégories (allocations de recherche d’emploi, allocations de formation, allocations de subsistance pour les personnes en formation ou bénéficiant d’autres mesures actives du marché du travail, allocations de mobilité).
