Cette action conjointe devrait s’appuyer sur les projets de recherche et d’innovation ci-après, encourager leur prise en compte dans la pratique clinique et exploiter leurs résultats et réalisations: «Clinical decision making and outcome in routine care for people with severe mental illness» (CEDAR) (34), «Children of Prisoners, Interventions Mitigations to Strengthen Mental Health» (COPING) (35), «European Network of Bipolar Research Expert Centres» (ENBREC), «Prevalence, 1-year incidence and symptom severity of mental disorders in the elderly: Relationship to impairment, functioning (ICF) and service utilisation» (MentDis_ICF65+) (36), «Financing systems’ effects on the Quality of Mental health care in Europe» (REFINEMENT), «A Roadmap for Mental Health Research in Europe» (ROAMER), «Save Young Lives in Europe: Promote health through prevention of risk-taking and self-destructive behaviours» (SEYLE) (37), «Tailored implementation for chronic diseases» (TICD) et «Work Together to Stop Truancy Among Youth» (WE-STAY).

7. verwelkomt de verklaring van de top EU-VS in 2005 getiteld "Samenwerken in de strijd tegen wereldwijde piraterij en namaak" (Working Together to Fight against Global Piracy and Counterfeiting), over het terugdringen van piraterij en namaak door een doeltreffend beleid en is verheugd over de toezegging om de samenwerking tussen de EU en de VS te intensiveren om de schendingen van intellectuele-eigendomsrechten (IER) in derde landen te verminderen door middel van politieke dialoog en technische ondersteuning;
7. se félicite de la déclaration conjointe, adoptée lors du sommet Union européenne-États-Unis de juin 2005, sur la coopération en matière de lutte contre le piratage et la contrefaçon au niveau mondial, portant sur la réduction du piratage et de la contrefaçon à travers une application efficace de la législation; se félicite également de l'engagement à renforcer la coopération entre l'Union européenne et les États-Unis à l'effet de réduire le niveau des violations des droits de propriété intellectuelle (DPI) dans les pays tiers, au moyen du dialogue politique et de l'assistance technique;

10. is ingenomen met de toezegging in de mededeling van de Voorzitter van de Commissie over "Working together for growth and jobs"om nieuwe werkgelegenheid te creëren in plattelandsgebieden; meent dat synergieën tussen het beleid voor plattelandsontwikkeling en de Strategie van Lissabon verder onderzocht moeten worden;
10. salue l'engagement de créer de nouveaux emplois dans les zones rurales qui a été pris par le président de la Commission dans la communication intitulée "Travaillons ensemble pour la croissance et l'emploi"; considère que les synergies entre la politique de développement rural et la stratégie de Lisbonne devraient être plus exploitées;

In 2002 hebben de ondersteuning en coördinatie van deze activiteiten en de verspreiding van optimale werkmethoden een extra impuls gekregen in de vorm van een groot congres in maart 'Working together: successful communication on the structural funds', dat rond doelstelling 1 was geconcentreerd, met als onderwerpen de regionale ontwikkeling, Landbouw-Oriëntatie en de sociale fondsen.
Un effort accru a été consacré, en 2002, au soutien et à la coordination de ces activités, ainsi qu'à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques avec l'organisation, en mars, d'une grande conférence qui, intitulée 'Réussir ensemble la communication sur les Fonds structurels' et axée sur l'objectif 1, a couvert le Fonds de développement régional, le FEOGA-Orientation et le Fonds social.
