Rather than shrugging their shoulders and saying that they will continue to collect all the money from the fuel tax revenue which flows into the general revenues piggy bank and is used however they see fit, and rather than the finance minister constantly coming up with new programs in which he doles out money for photo ops for ministers, it should flow back to the provinces to be used for real infrastructure to meet the needs of all Canadians.
Au lieu de hausser les épaules et de continuer de s'accaparer toutes les recettes de la taxe sur l'essence, qu'ils versent dans le Trésor public et utilisent ensuite comme bon leur semble, et au lieu que le ministre des Finances nous arrive continuellement avec de nouveaux programmes où il distribue l'argent au compte-gouttes à un ministre ou à un autre lors d'une séance de photographie, on devrait remettre cet argent aux provinces pour qu'il serve à la mise en place d'infrastructures qui répondront aux besoins de tous les Canadiens.
