One of the big advantages of this is that the treatment has been a great success in the sense that things like the recidivism rate has dropped substantially, by 40 per cent, and much of it has to do with the fact that people are getting medical and psychiatric treatment, sometimes for the first time, and substance abuse treatment or whatever treatment they do need.
