It is shocking in this day and age that for the last 50 years we have had numerous administrative boards, tribunals and commissions that have been established to provide access to justice for ordinary Canadians in a variety of different areas: pension appeals, labour standards, human rights, all of these are tailored to provide access to justice for ordinary Canadians.
