Mr. Rob Walsh: Mr. Chairman, one other thing for the record is that Mr. Himelfarb, the Clerk of the Privy Council, correctly points out at the bottom of page 2 of his letter the third motion of the committee, which was made for the production of certain documents notwithstanding the Privacy Act or the Personal Information and Protection of Electronic Documents Act.
