Place the tube in a water bath set at 30 ºC exactly and keep there for exactly thirty minutes. Immediately add 10 ml of 0 71 N hydrochloric acid (3.1), cool rapidly to 20 ºC and transfer the contents of the tube quantitatively to a titration vessel, rinsing twice with 5 ml of water.
Immédiatement après, ajouter 10 ml d'acide chlorhydrique 0,1 N (3.1), refroidir rapidement à 20 ºC et transvaser quantitativement le contenu du tube dans un récipient à titration, en rinçant à deux reprises par 5 ml d'eau.
