It seems to me that the U.S. has very recently added to the argument of the doctrine of anticipatory self-defence musings about humanitarian intervention, namely, that it will be using military force to save the Iraqi people from the suffering, from the torture, from the repression, in a word, from the international crimes being perpetrated by the dictatorial Saddam Hussein regime.
Il me semble que les États-Unis ont très récemment ajouté à l'argumentation relative à la doctrine de la légitime défense anticipée des réflexions concernant l'intervention humanitaire, à savoir, qu'ils vont utiliser la force militaire pour sauver le peuple irakien des souffrances, de la torture, de la répression, en un mot, des crimes internationaux perpétrés par le régime dictatorial de Saddam Hussein.
