This Regulation defines the common marketing standards, harmonised throughout the Community market, for the common scallop, common whelk, red or striped mullet and black sea bream, which had been added by Regulation (EC) No 104/2000 as new species eligible for intervention mechanisms under the common organisation of the markets.
Ce règlement définit des normes communes de commercialisation, harmonisées sur l'ensemble du marché communautaire, pour la coquille Saint-Jacques, bulot, rouget de roche ou rouget barbet, et dorade grise, qui ont été introduits, par le règlement (CE)n°104/2000, en tant que nouvelles espèces éligibles aux mécanismes d'intervention d'organisation commune des marchés.
