- through the expansion, inter alia, of trade in goods and services, the reciprocal liberalisation of the right of establishment, the further progressive liberalisation of public procurement, the free movement of capital and the intensification of cooperation in science and technology to promote the harmonious development of economic relations between the Community and Israel and thus to foster in the Community and in Israel the advance of economic activity, the improvement of living and employment conditions, and increased productivity and financial stability,
- de promouvoir, grâce à l'expansion, entre autres, des échanges de biens et de services, à la libéralisation réciproque du droit d'établissement, à la poursuite de la libéralisation progressive des marchés publics, à la libre circulation des capitaux et à l'intensification de la coopération scientifique et technologique, le développement harmonieux des relations économiques entre la Communauté et Israël et donc de favoriser, dans la Communauté et en Israël, le progrès de l'activité économique, l'amélioration des conditions de vie et de travail ainsi qu'une hausse de la productivité et la stabilité financière,
