The urgency, why we need to address this now, is that it is close enough to the end of the lease that after restructuring and with what's happening in this province with a regionalization approach, the Queensway-Carleton Hospital is seen as an ideal location, both geographically and also from a leadership operational point of view, to be a health care campus for west Ottawa and into the valley.
