The new Statement of Objections is addressed to the ‘Groupement des Cartes Bancaires’ alone, as the Commission now has reason to believe that the tariffs were set by a decision of the ‘Groupement des Cartes Bancaires’, acting as an association of undertakings, and not by an agreement between the banks themselves.
