Likewise, the period of time the Council takes to act in accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 30(2) shall not be taken into account’.

2. Documents submitted to the Council which are listed under an item on the ‘Legislative deliberations’ part of its agenda shall be made public, and likewise those sections of the Council minutes which relate to that part of the agenda.

The Commission shall likewise inform the Council before making significant substantive changes to Exceptional Assistance Measures already adopted.
