The fish stocks are going down and we're being told all kinds of cock and bull stories, like the water temperature is too cold, fish are not coming inshore, you're not putting the extra effort into it, this is going wrong just because the big companies who were calling all the shots were catching a lot of fish offshore.

Les stocks de poisson diminuaient et on nous racontait toutes sortes d'histoires: la température est trop froide, les poissons ne viennent plus en zone côtière, vous ne faites pas suffisamment d'efforts et les grandes entreprises de pêche, qui prenaient toutes les décisions importantes, pêchaient beaucoup de poisson au large des côtes.
