Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. Definition: The common themes that are shared by dissociative or conversion disorders are a partial or complete loss of the normal integration between memories of the past, awareness of identity and immediate sensations, and control of bodily movements. All types of dissociative disorders tend to remit after a few weeks or months, particularly if their onset is associated with a traumatic life event. More chronic disorders, particularly paralyses and anaesthesias, may develop if the onset is associated with insoluble problems or interpersonal difficulties. These disorders have previously been classified as various types of conversion hysteria . They are presumed to be psychogenic in origin, being associated closely in time with traumatic events, insoluble and intolerable problems, or disturbed relationships. The symptoms often represent the patient's concept of how a physical illness would be manifest. Medical examination and investigation do not reveal the presence of any known physical or neurological disorder. In addition, there is evidence that the loss of function is an expression of emotional conflicts or needs. The symptoms may develop in close relationship to psychological stress, and often appear suddenly. Only disorders of physical functions normally under voluntary control and loss of sensations are included here. Disorders involving pain and other complex physical sensations mediated by the autonomic nervous system are classified under somatization disorder (F45.0). (Le document est déposé) Question n 141 Mme Kirsty Duncan: En ce qui concerne les changements climatiques ainsi que la sécurité internationale et nationale: a) quelles seront, selon les prévisions du gouvernement, les répercussions éventuelles sur des régions actuellement stables du monde de phénomènes liés aux changements climatiques tels que, sans s’y limiter, (i) la montée du niveau des océans, (ii) l’augmentation du nombre des phénomènes météorologiques extrêmes, (iii) l’augmentation de la propagation des maladies infectieuses, (iv) l’augmentation du nombre de réfugiés environnementaux; b) quelles seront, selon les prévisions du gouvernement, (i) les conséquences des répercussions définies en a)(ii), a)(iii) et a)(iv) sur les missions militaires à l’intérieur du pays, (ii) les conséquences de a)(i), a)(ii), a)(iii), a)(iv) et b)(i) sur la capacité de l’armée à intervenir et sur la disponibilité de troupes pour des missions non liées à des conflits résultant de phénomènes liés aux changements climatiques; c) quelles seront, selon les prévisions du gouvernement, les répercussions éventuelles sur des États déjà affaiblis de phénomènes liés aux changements climatiques tels que, sans s’y limiter, (i) la montée du niveau des océans, (ii) les phénomènes météorologiques extrêmes, (iii) la propagation des maladies infectieuses; d) quelle sera, selon les prévisions du gouvernement, l’étendue des répercussions que les changements climatiques pourraient avoir sur des État déjà affaiblis et, notamment, mais sans s’y limiter, en termes (i) d’augmentation du nombre des territoires dénués de gouvernement, (ii) d’augmentation du nombre des États affaiblis et défaillants, (iii) d’augmentation du nombre des conflits, (iv) d’augmentations des migrations; e) quelle sera, selon les prévisions du gouvernement, la répercussion des conséquences définies en d) sur la sécurité nationale du Canada; f) quelles seront, selon les prévisions du gouvernement, les nations les plus affectées ...

The Union and the Member States, having in mind fundamental social rights such as those set out in the European Social Charter signed at Turin on 18 October 1961 and in the 1989 Community Charter of the Fundamental Social Rights of Workers, shall have as their objectives the promotion of employment, improved living and working conditions, so as to make possible their harmonisation while the improvement is being maintained, proper social protection, dialogue between management and labour, the development of human resources with a view to lasting high employment and the combating of exclusion.
L'Union et les États membres, conscients des droits sociaux fondamentaux, tels que ceux énoncés dans la Charte sociale européenne signée à Turin le 18 octobre 1961 et dans la Charte communautaire des droits sociaux fondamentaux des travailleurs de 1989, ont pour objectifs la promotion de l'emploi, l'amélioration des conditions de vie et de travail, permettant leur égalisation dans le progrès, une protection sociale adéquate, le dialogue social, le développement des ressources humaines permettant un niveau d'emploi élevé et durable et la lutte contre les exclusions.

Structural Funds will support in particular the measures listed below: - infrastructure measures to protect the environment, in particular * reclamation of derelict industrial sites and restoration of derelict commercial areas including the necessary decontamination * investments in waste water treatment and refuse disposal * water supply and distribution - investment of the productive sector in environmental improvement and clean technologies - productive investment in connection with business start-ups, setting-up, extension, rationalisation and restructuring of enterprises which can unequivocally be related to environmental improvement - introduction of services and environmental agencies for giving advice and information Priority 5 - Measures to promote the development of human resource, vocational training and further training as well as employment The strategy to develop human resources and employment and to combat unemployment - in line with the White Paper - will concentrate the efforts of the ESF on the following priorities: - measures for training, retraining and lifetime learning; assistance with finding a job; help for those who have lost their jobs, are threatened with unemployment of who are in employment but need to have their qualifications brought into line with market needs and new technologies; - measures for target groups which concentrate on one of the following areas: a) improved access for young people to initial training and the transition to the labour market including Youth start measures; b) improvement in the opportunities for employment and training for unemployed persons who are difficult to place in work, long-term unemployed persons threatened with exclusion from the labour market; c) improvement of vocational qualification and (re)integration of women into the labour market in all areas of the economy. - technical assistance measures together with pilot and demonstration projects.
Les Fonds structurels financeront notamment les mesures suivantes : - travaux d'infrastructures dans la protection de l'environnement, notamment: * mise en valeur de sites industriels désaffectés et restauration de zones commerciales abandonnées, y compris leur nécessaire décontamination * investissements dans le traitement des eaux résiduaires et l'élimination des déchets * fourniture et distribution d'eau - investissements dans l'amélioration de l'environnement du secteur productif et dans les techniques d'assainissement - investissements productifs en liaison avec la création, le démarrage, l'extension, la rationalisation ou la restructuration d'entreprises et dans le tourisme, dans la mesure où ces investissements visent incontestablement à améliorer l'environnement - création de services-conseils et d'agences pour l'environnement destinées à fournir des avis et des informations. Priorité 5 - Mesures pour promouvoir le développement des ressources humaines, la formation professionnelle, le perfectionnement professionnel ainsi que l'emploi Dans une stratégie de développement des ressources humaines et de l'emploi et de lutte contre le chômage, conforme au Livre blanc, les efforts du Fonds social européen seront axés sur les priorités suivantes : - mesures de formation, de recyclage et d'apprentissage permanent; aide à la recherche d'un emploi et à l'acquisition d'un niveau de subsistence minimum; aide à ceux qui ont perdu leur emploi ou sont menacés de chômage, ou à ceux qui ont un emploi mais doivent adapter leurs qualification aux besoins du marché et aux nouvelles technologies - mesuress en faveur de groupes cibles, concentrées sur l'un des domaines suivants : a) meilleur accès des jeunes à une formation de base, avec transition vers le marché de l'emploi, y compris mesures d'aide à l'entrée dans la vie active b) amélioration des possibilités d'emploi et de formation des chômeurs ayant des difficultés à s'insérer dans le monde du travail ou des chômeurs de l ...
