Furthermore, while welcoming that the proposal addresses, implicitly or explicitly, some of these obligations and rights, the EDPS would like to stress that the proposal cannot be interpreted as excluding or limiting the applicability of those obligations and data subjects’ rights that are not mentioned in it.
