Luxembourg – After almost three years of project development, the path is now clear for the construction of the Trianel Borkum wind power plant (Trianel Windkraftwerks Borkum – TWB. The 34 shareholders from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland issued the construction decision for the
first phase of the offshore wind farm at TWB’s general meeting and the finance agreements were signed today in Frankfurt. The
56 km² wind farm is located around 45 km north of the coast of Borkum, adjacent
to the Alpha Ventus ...[+++]field, Germany’s first offshore wind farm.
Luxembourg – Le coup d’envoi est donné à la construction du parc éolien de Borkum (Trianel Windkraftwerks Borkum, TWB), après quasiment trois années consacrées à la conception du projet. Les 34 actionnaires venus à l’assemblée générale de TWB d’Allemagne, d’Autriche, des Pays-Bas et de Suisse ont pris la décision d’entamer la première phase de la construction du parc éolien marin ; les contrats de financement ont été signés ce jour à Francfort. D’une superficie de 56 km2, le parc éolien est situé à environ 45 km au nord de la côte de Borkum et mitoyen du premier parc éolien marin allemand, Alpha Ventus.
