Pursuant to the transaction, two private equity funds controlled by Morgan Stanley and other companies belonging to the Olivetti/Telecom Italia group will set up two joint ventures, called Tiglio I and Tiglio II. The parties will confer to the joint ventures certain activities in the field of sale and lease of immovable property for commercial use so far exclusively controlled by the Olivetti/Telecom Italia group or by the Pirelli Group.
Dans le cadre de cette opération, deux fonds de placement privés contrôlés par Morgan Stanley et d'autres sociétés appartenant au groupe Olivetti/Telecom Italia créeront deux entreprises communes, dénommées Tiglio I et Tiglio II. Les parties attribueront aux entreprises communes certaines activités dans le domaine de la vente et de la location de biens immobiliers à usage commercial, qui étaient jusqu'à présent contrôlées exclusivement par le groupe Olivetti/Telecom Italia et par le groupe Pirelli.
