Mr Brunmayr went on to insist that Council now has a functioning register of all documents in line with Regulation 1049/2001 and that 300,000 visits had been made to the register in 2001 - industry and consultancy firms being the major customers ( The comprehensive table at the end of this document provides details of this.) Moreover, he informed members of the Committee that the Deputy Secretary General of the Council, Mr de Boissieu, had instructed all officials to act in
conformity with the Ombudsman's recommendations following the
...[+++] "Statewatch" complaint.
M. Brunmayr a insisté sur le fait que le Conseil dispose désormais d'un registre de tous les documents, en état de fonctionnement, conformément au règlement 1049/2001, et il a indiqué que ce registre avait été consulté 300 000 fois en 2001, principalement par le secteur de l'industrie et des firmes de consultants (On trouvera en fin de rapport des tableaux détaillés à ce sujet). Il a précisé en outre que M. de Boissieu, secrétaire général adjoint du Conseil, avait donné instruction à tous les fonctionnaires de se conformer aux recommandations du Médiateur à la suite de la plainte de "Statewatch".
