The eligible measures cover in particular the following fields: - advice and equipment to help improve the know-how base in the businesses concerned: quality control, computer-aided design, marketing, health and safety; - support for local groupings of companies and for cooperation, networking and information on markets; - business audits on the above themes by a special taskforce, in particular within SMEs, financial engineering schemes; - temporary contribution to the remuneration of personnel recruited as part of modernization plans; - staff training in companies, as well as of personnel in the military sector made redundant or facing redundancy; - rehabilitation of areas where the environment has been damaged by military activities; - promotion of alternative activities, in particular via the creation of small businesses; - modernization of economic and social infrastructures; - promotion of tourism.
Les mesures éligibles couvrent notamment les domaines suivants: - Conseil et équipements pour améliorer le savoir-faire dans les entreprises: contrôle de qualité, conception assistée par ordinateur, marketing, santé et sécurité; - soutien à des groupements locaux d'entreprises et à des actions de coopération, de mise en réseau et d'information sur les marchés; - audits d'entreprises sur ces thèmes par une équipe d'animation, en particulier auprès des PME, mesures d'ingénierie financière; - contribution temporaire à la rémunération du personnel qui est embauché dans le cadre de plans de modernisation; - formation du personnel des entreprises, ainsi que du personnel du secteur militaire mis en chômage ou menacé de l'être; - réhabilitation de zones à l'environnement dégradé par les ativités militaires; - promotion d'activités de substitution, notamment via la création de PME; - rénovation des infrastructures économiques et sociales; - promotion du tourisme.
