The reports referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be accompanied, where appropriate, by proposals for adaptations, in particular as regards the extension of the scope of this Regulation to public documents relating to new matters as referred to in point (a) of paragraph 1 and point (a) of paragraph 2, the establishment of new multilingual standard forms, as referred to in point (b) of paragraph 1 and point (b) of paragraph 2 and the use of electronic systems for the direct transmission of public documents and the exchange of information between the authorities of the Member States as referred to in point (c) of paragraph 1 and point (c) of paragraph 2.

1da. Subject to the decisions of the Member States referred to in paragraphs 1c and 1d, a farmer may use one (or more) of the practices referred to in point (a) of paragraph 1b only if these fully replace the related practice(s) referred to in paragraph 1a. A farmer may use certification schemes referred to in point (b) of paragraph 1b only if these cover the entire obligation referred to in paragraph 1.

The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 55 to further define the types of ecological focus areas referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, to lay down an Union-wide framework of weighting coefficients for the purpose of calculating the hectares represented by the various types of ecological focus area referred to in paragraph 1d of this Article and to add and define other types of ecological focus areas that may be taken into account when assessing the percentage referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article and defining the regional level referred to in paragraph 1b of this Article.

La Commission se voit conférer le pouvoir, conformément à l'article 55, d'adopter des actes délégués afin de définir plus précisément les types de surfaces d'intérêt écologique mentionnés au paragraphe 1 du présent article, d'élaborer un cadre au niveau de l'Union pour les coefficients de pondération afin de calculer l'équivalent en hectares des différents types de surfaces d'intérêt écologique visés au paragraphe 1 quater, ainsi que d'ajouter et de définir d'autres types de surfaces d'intérêt écologique pouvant être pris en considération pour l'évaluation du pourcentage visé au paragraphe 1 et pour la fixation du niveau régional visé au paragraphe 1 ter .

The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 55 to further define the types of ecological focus areas referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, to lay down an Union-wide framework of weighting coefficients for the purpose of calculating the hectares represented by the various types of ecological focus area referred to in paragraph 1d of this Article and to add and define other types of ecological focus areas that may be taken into account when assessing the percentage referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article and defining the regional level referred to in paragraph 1b of this Article.

Where the assessment referred to in paragraph 1 and the analysis referred to in paragraph 3 do not identify a potential whose benefits exceed the costs, including the administrative costs of carrying out the cost-benefit analysis referred to in paragraph 5, the Member State concerned may exempt installations from the requirements laid down in that paragraph.

4. Member States shall ensure that the notification letter as referred to in paragraph 1 and the attestation as referred to in paragraph 3 are provided in a language customary in the sphere of international finance, unless the UCITS home Member State and the UCITS host Member State agree to the notification letter as referred to in paragraph 1 and the attestation as referred to in paragraph 3 being provided in an official language of both Member States.
4. Les États membres veillent à ce que la lettre de notification visée au paragraphe 1 et l’attestation visée au paragraphe 3 soient fournies dans une langue usuelle dans la sphère financière internationale, sauf si l'État membre d'origine de l'OPCVM et l'État membre d'accueil de l'OPCVM décident que la lettre de notification visée au paragraphe 1 et l'attestation visée au paragraphe 3 seront fournies dans une langue officielle commune aux deux États membres.

6. In order to meet the objectives referred to in paragraph 5, persons referred to in paragraph 1 and paragraph 2(a), (b) and (c) shall, and persons referred to in paragraph 2(d) may, be connected to the Case Management System in accordance with this Article and Articles 16, 16a, 16b and 18 as well as with the Rules of Procedure of Eurojust.
6. The Member States, the organisations referred to in paragraph 2, the Council, the Commission and the Governing Board shall endeavour, each according to their powers, to ensure a balanced representation of men and women in the candidacies and appointments referred to in paragraph 2, in the elections referred to in paragraph 4 and in the appointments referred to in paragraph 8.

Les États membres, les organisations visées au paragraphe 2, le Conseil, la Commission et le conseil de direction s’efforcent, dans le cadre de leurs compétences respectives, d’assurer une représentation équilibrée des hommes et des femmes dans les listes de candidats et les nominations visées au paragraphe 2, dans les élections visées au paragraphe 4 et dans les nominations visées au paragraphe 8.
