IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Before adopting its decision, the competent national authority shall notify the right holder of its reassessment of the restrictions, indicating the extent of the right after reassessment, and shall allow him a reasonable time limit to withdraw his application.
Avant d’arrêter sa décision, l’autorité nationale compétente notifie au titulaire du droit la conclusion de son réexamen des restrictions, en précisant l’étendue du droit après réévaluation, et lui laisse un délai raisonnable pour retirer sa demande.

1. For a period of five years starting from 25 May 2011, Member States may allow holders of rights to use radio frequencies which were granted before that date and which will remain valid for a period of not less that five years after that date, to submit an application to the competent national authority for a reassessment of the restrictions on their rights in accordance with Article 9(3) and (4).

Pendant une période de cinq ans commençant le 25 mai 2011, les États membres peuvent autoriser les titulaires de droits d’utilisation de radiofréquences qui ont été accordés avant cette date et qui resteront valides pour une durée de cinq ans au moins après ladite date à soumettre à l’autorité nationale compétente une demande de réexamen des restrictions à leurs droits établies conformément à l’article 9, paragraphes 3 et 4.

As the exemption of the holders of service passports from the visa requirement provided in bilateral Agreements or arrangements between individual Member States and the Republic of Montenegro which have been signed before 1 January 2007 shall only continue to apply for a period of five years from the entry into force of this Agreement without prejudice to the right of the Member States concerned or the Republic of Montenegro to denounce or suspend these bilateral agreements during this period of five years, the European Community will reassess the situation of the holders of service passports at the latest 4 years after the entry into force of this Agreement, in view of a possible amendment of the Agreement to that end in accordance with the procedure provided in Article 14(4).
Étant donné que l’exemption de l’obligation de visa pour les titulaires de passeports de service prévue dans les conventions ou accords bilatéraux signés individuellement avant le 1er janvier 2007 entre les États membres et la République du Monténégro ne continueront de s’appliquer que pour une période de cinq ans à compter de l’entrée en vigueur du présent accord et sans préjudice du droit des États membres concernés ou de la République du Monténégro de dénoncer ou de suspendre ces accords bilatéraux au cours de ladite période, la Communauté européenne réévaluera la situation des titulaires de passeports de service au plus tard quatre ans après l’entrée en vigueur du présent accord, en vue d’une modification éventuelle dudit accord à cet effet, conformément à la procédure prévue à l’article 14, paragraphe 4.
