Mr Wilhelm Molterer, EIB Vice-President responsible for lending operations in Russia, commented: “I welcome the fact that EIB funds will contribute to the development of the Russian private sector by improving the access of SMEs and mid-caps to long-term finance”.
Wilhelm Molterer, vice-président de la BEI chargé des opérations de prêt en Russie, a déclaré à cette occasion : « Je me félicite de ce que les fonds prêtés par la BEI contribueront au développement du secteur privé en Russie en favorisant l'accès des PME et des ETI à des financements à long terme».

EIB Vice-President Wilhelm Molterer commented: “I very much welcome the fact that EIB funds will help to improve Croatia’s transport connections with the EU via Bosnia and Herzegovina, so deepening integration with the Union and supporting infrastructure developments in Croatia’s coastal areas that will strengthen the country’s competitiveness and enhance the quality of life of its citizens”.
Wilhelm Molterer, vice-président de la BEI, a déclaré à ce sujet : « Je me réjouis vivement du fait que grâce au financement de la BEI, la Croatie va pouvoir renforcer ses liaisons de transport avec l’Union européenne, via la Bosnie-Herzégovine, et, partant, son intégration à l’UE, et développer les infrastructures de ses zones côtières, ce qui lui permettra d’améliorer sa compétitivité ainsi que la qualité de vie de ses citoyens».
